How we start
Here is how the first two weeks of a new project go.
You talk to our account manager and delivery team. Together you go through your product: what you need built, the stack, and your timeline. If you already have code, our delivery team reviews where it stands.
We turn your requirements into a scope and a specification, split the work into stages, and give you an estimate. You choose between a fixed price and time & material. Our estimates are 90% accurate, and if the scope changes, the change is estimated as a new task before work on it starts. NDAs and IP assignment are signed before the project begins.
We set up the project in our tools or yours: repositories, task tracker, and designs. The team is built around the scope, from project management and design to engineering and QA, and scaled as needed to hold the agreed timeline.
Work starts on the first stage of the plan, and you track its progress, timeline, and budget as it goes.
